Returns & Refund Policy
Our returns policy lasts 60 days. To be eligible for a refund, you only need to return the original jars or products which you’ve bought directly from our website, before the 60 day window has passed.
You do not need to send back the original cardboard parcel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.
To complete your return, please email our customer service team via support@drsisterskincare.com. Please note, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have bought any Dr. Sister Skincare products from a different seller and not from our website, please follow the seller’s return policy.
